Vegetable Primavera

Ingredients
3 cups Luxury 100% Whole Wheat Pasta
½ Red Pepper
½ Yellow Pepper
½ Green Pepper
½ cup Red Onion
½ cup Baby Portabella Mushrooms
½ cup Grape Tomatoes (sliced in half)
½ tsp Minced Garlic
Olive Oil
Season to taste
Splash of White Wine* Optional
Directions
- Cook pasta as per directions on box
- Saute peppers, onions, mushrooms in olive oil until soft
- Add grape tomatoes & minced garlic
- Drain pasta & add to saute pan with the vegetables
- Season to taste
