Tracie's Cheese and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
16 ounces Luxury Shell Pasta or 100% Whole Grain Elbow Macaroni
1 tablespon olive oil
1 pound mushrooms or mini portabellas, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/4 cup chicken broth
5 and 1/2 ounces Boursin cheese
1 pound asparagus, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Directions
- Melt butter with olive oil over medium heat
- Add mushrooms and salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and well-browned
- Add chicken broth and Boursin cheese and bring to a simmer while stirring
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until almost done
- Add asparagus to pasta and cook until both are done; drain
- Toss pasta and asparagus with mushroom sauce and serve
