Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients
½ of a (2-pound) package Spaghetti, uncooked¾ pound ground beef
¾ pound ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped
½ cup chopped celery
2 small carrots, finely chopped
1 (28-ounce) can Italian tomatoes, cut up (undrained)
1 (16-ounce) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Prepare Spaghetti according to package directions; drain. In large skillet, combine ground beef, ground pork, onion, celery and carrots. Cook until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes. Combine meat sauce and spaghetti; toss gently to mix. Top with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.|
