Skillet Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 12 oz Luxury Yolk Free Dumpling Ribbons
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pound top sirloin, cut into thin strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (8 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown meat on both sides.
- Add onion and cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add mushrooms, beef broth and uncooked dumplings. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Blend in sour cream.
- Optional: Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
