Skillet Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Luxury  Thin Spaghetti, uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb top sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen pepper stir-fry blend (red, yellow peppers and onions)
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) beef broth
  • 1/2 cup bottled teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until brown on all sides.
  3. Remove beef from skillet with slotted spoon.
  4. Break uncooked pasta into 2-inch pieces and add to skillet; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add remaining ingredients, including cooked beef; stir to blend. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer.
  6. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes to avoid sticking.
  7. Options: To create Skillet Chicken Lo Mein, substitute chicken for beef.
