Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) package Yolk Free Dumplings, uncooked
1-1/2 cups non fat plain yogurt
½ cup nonfat skim milk
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
¾ teaspoon dill weed
1 (8-ounce) package imitation crab meat
1 (6-ounce) package frozen Chinese pea pods, thawed
½ cup chopped red onion
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and cut in thin strips

Directions

Cook Yolk Free Dumplings as package directs; drain. In large bowl, blend together yogurt, milk, lemon pepper and dill weed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers. 10 servings.
