Ranch-Style Noodles with Ham

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Luxury Wide Egg Noodles
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables or country-style blend of carrots, corn and green beans
  • 2 cups fully-cooked ham cubes
  • 1 cup sour cream or light sour cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add vegetables and cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Add ham and cook, stirring frequently, until ham cubes are hot, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in sour cream and ranch dressing. Cook, over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce is melted, smooth and hot.
  5. Pour hot noodles into a serving bowl. Pour vegetables and ham mixture over noodles. Toss to combine.
  6.  Tips: If a thinner sauce is desired, stir in 1/4 cup milk. If desired, add 1/2 cup chopped onion to butter and vegetables. Cook as directed.
