Perfect Pizza Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz Luxury Rigatoni
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb Italian sausage or ground beef
- 1 pkg (3.5 oz) pepperoni slices
- 1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce
- 1 to 2 cups shredded pizza or 5 blend Italian cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Spray a large oven proof skillet with nonstick spray. Cook onion and Italian sausage or ground beef in skillet, over medium-high heat until meat is browned and cooked through, stirring to crumble meat.
- Add pepperoni slices and pizza sauce; heat over medium heat until heated through.
- Gently stir cooked pasta into skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Place skillet under a broiler for 2 to 4 minutes or just until cheese is melted.
- Tip: If sprinkle is not oven-proof, or if you desire, sprinkle cheese over pasta, cover and heat over low har 3 to 5 minutes to melt cheese.
