Linguine with Mushrooms and Clams

Ingredients
- 16 oz Linguine
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) clam sauce
- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz each) minced clams, drained
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
- Add clam sauce, minced clams and mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently, until hot and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Toss with cooked linguine.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired.
