Ground Beef Hot Dish

Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) package Large Shells, uncooked1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 (10-3/4-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
½ cup sour cream
½ cup (2-ounces) shredded American cheese
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Prepare Large Shells according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, combine ground beef, onion, celery and mushrooms; cook until beef is browned and celery is tender; drain. In medium bowl, blend soup, milk, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Combine shells, soup mixture and ground beef mixture; mix well. Pour into 3-quart baking dish. Cover; bake in a 350˚ oven until hot, about 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer. Refrigerate leftovers.|
