Baked Macaroni with Double Cheese Serves 3-4

Ingredients
- 8 oz. ${Brand} Elbows
- 2 Tbsp margarine or butter
- 5 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, optional
Directions
- Preheat oven 375 F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in large saucepan, over medium heat, melt margarine; stir in flour, salt and pepper
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
- Remove from heat
- Add 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese; stir until melted. Stir in pasta
- Spoon half of pasta mixture into a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish; top with Swiss cheese, remaining pasta mixture then remaining Cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Optional: Sprinkle bread crumbs on top before baking
