Fresh Herb and Broccoli Rigatoni

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Luxury Rigatoni
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, divided
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat butter and olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until lightly browned. Add broccoli, stirring gently; cook and stir 3 minutes.
- Add vegetable broth. Cover and simmer until broccoli is tender. Stir in fresh basil and pasta; heat through.
- Sprinkle with parsley. Season with pepper to taste.
