Baked Italian Penne
Luxury Penne pasta is the perfect tube pasta to sneak in some of the tasty sauce of peppers and pepperoni.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Luxury Penne
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 4 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 pound pepperoni, sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic, onion, peppers and basil; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add sauce and pepperoni; simmer 5 minutes.
- Spread 1 cup sauce mixture into the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the Penne, 1/2 of the sauce mixture, 1 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan. Repeat layering.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
