Baked Beef and Cheese Rigatoni
Replace lasagna with Luxury Rigatoni to make this oven baked pasta recipe simple and different.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Luxury Rigatoni
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (15-1/2 ounce) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4 ounce) cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes, or until meat is lightly browned. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pepper. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
- Combine ricotta cheese, milk and salt in large bowl. Add Luxury Rigatoni; toss to coat.
- Spoon half the Rigatoni mixture into 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1 cup meat sauce. Repeat layers once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes, or until heated through.
